Edradour 12 Years Caledonia first matured in former bourbon casks and was then matured in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.
Aroma: Balance of sweetness and spice, ripe plums and apples, some caramel and hazelnuts.
Taste: Chocolate notes, vanilla and caramel, dark fruitiness with chocolatey oak and delicate spices.
