Deanston 15 Years Tequila Cask Finish 0.7l alc. 52.5 Vol.-%

The Deanston Distillery was founded in 1965 in the town of the same name in the southern Highlands. Production is housed in an 18th-century cotton mill and uses some organically grown barley. The distillery gets its electricity from a power station, which dams the water of the river Teith a few miles away .

Deanston 15 Years Tequila Cask Finish first matured in oak casks and then received a post-maturation in tequila casks . Bottled at 52.5 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Light fruits with a mix of sweetness and acidity, floral notes with a delicate spiciness and some dry oak.

Taste: Sweet with caramel and ripe pineapple, roasted almonds, delicate spiciness, flowery with robust barley malt.
