Many Scottish distilleries produce exclusively for the blend industry and therefore do not have their own single malt whiskey in their range. The background to the so-called Flora & Fauna series is to create an original bottling from precisely such distilleries in order to make their specific character accessible to connoisseurs.

Blair Athol 12 Years Old comes from the Scottish Highlands and matured in former sherry casks for 12 years. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Fruitcake, citrus notes with light spice, clove and tea leaves.

Taste: Orange and zest, clove with a delicate nuttiness and aromatic oak.
