AnCnoc Peatlands Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 46% by volume

As early as 1894, the Knockdhu distillery was founded at the foot of Knock Hill, which, atypically, does not bottle its single malts under the distillery's name. Friends of smoky and non-smoky whiskey will find a large number of different bottlings with and without age information in the anCnoc range, which means "little black hill".

AnCnoc Peatlands was made with 9 ppm smoke in the malt and after an undefined time with 46% vol. bottled alcohol. Without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Citrus-driven with fresh, grassy notes, green apples and a hint of peat smoke.

Taste: Sweet with toffee and vanilla, malty hints, fruit acid and delicate smoke.
