With the Panama Vintage 2010, Plantation presents another rum in its range. After the molasses has been distilled, the distillate is embedded in bourbon barrels for eight years. The rum spends a further four years of maturation in Ferrand barrels. To perfect the taste profile of the Plantation, it is then stored in sherry barrels for a year. After the maturation process, the rum is ready to be bottled and can therefore set off on its journey.
Aroma: aromatic and fruity scent
Taste: A balanced taste combining walnut, vanilla custard, apricots, lemongrass, peach, undergrowth, almonds and a hint of leather.
