The El Dorado 5 Years old is made in Guyana, where the sugar cane needed for rum production has the best growing conditions due to the tropical climate. This tasty spirit matures in oak barrels for at least 5 years, which clearly shapes the color, aroma and taste.

The complex bouquet of El Dorado Rum 5 Years old contains notes of dried fruits with aromas of toffee, butterscotch and molasses. On the palate, the golden Demerara rum begins with a spicy introduction and develops into a mix of caramel and fruit. A subtle note of toasted coconut leads to a light vanilla finish.
