The name Dos Maderas - two woods - refers to a special feature in the manufacturing process. After aging in oak barrels in the Caribbean for 5 years, the Dos Maderas Rum is shipped to Andalusia in Spain. In the Jerez area there, the Dos Maderas Rum completes its maturation for another 5 years in sherry casks from the winemaker Williams & Humbert.
Aroma: Opulent with notes of raisins and figs, with hints of vanilla
Taste: Full-bodied, with an intense sherry sweetness, again notes of raisins and figs, complemented by vanilla, honey and marzipan
