The Companero Ron Extra Anejo belongs to the Companero series from the independent bottler 1423 from Denmark. It is a column still rum from Panama that was matured for up to 12 years using the solera process.
Fresh ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak were used. The Companero Ron Extra Anejo is made without added sugar with a strong 54.0% vol. bottled,
Aroma: Fresh fruit notes combined with caramel, honey and vanilla. Plus spicy oak.
Taste: Full-bodied and powerful on the tongue. Notes of milk chocolate and ripe oranges transition into spices and toasted oak.
Finish: Long-lasting and intense with vanilla, cocoa and spicy oak.
