AH Riise Danish Navy Strength Rum 0.7l, alc. 55 Vol.-%

With 55 percent alcohol by volume, Danish Navy Strength is the stronger brother of Danish Navy. AH Riise brings the Strength onto the market uncolored and blended in small batches. The “Vedderburn and Plummer” method is a distillation process in which the Navy Strength molasses is fermented very slowly. With an alcohol content of 65 percent by volume, the gentleman goes into the barrels for maturation. All bottles are single barrel bottlings that are labeled with a barrel number and bottling date. The fantastic bouquet and balanced character of Navy Strength takes you on the high seas.

Aroma: The bouquet is characterized by coffee tones, anise and licorice with slightly burnt caramel.

Taste: On the palate, fine spicy notes combine with cedar wood, bergamot and Seville oranges.
