For almost 70 years, the Krämer distillery (based in Röllbach) has been passionately dedicated to the production of spirits, liqueurs, brandies and schnapps.
In elaborate manual work, they create both traditional and well-known spirits as well as new liqueurs, brandies and schnapps in their manufactory.

The intensely flavored Jerusalem artichoke root, which was already used to distil distillates at the end of the 19th century, is well-established in the distillery scene.
The fire can be clearly recognized by its strong root note. The root is said to have a beneficial effect on the stomach.
