The Williams pear schnapps from the Prinz distillery is made from fully ripe Williams Christ pears that are harvested by hand.

The quality of the fruit is decisive for the quality of the schnapps and the best fruit primarily grows on the somewhat older trees, which initially have to be lovingly cared for for many years.
