While rummaging through grandma's old treasure chest of recipes, we came across the apricot strudel liqueur. So we set out to recreate this temptingly fruity specialty.
We only use fully ripe apricots of the highest quality and press them into the finest fruit juice while preserving their aroma. We season it with sweet raisins, roasted hazelnuts, a hint of cinnamon and vanilla - and use it to serve a delicious liqueur. It tastes wonderfully wintry and brings back childhood memories of grandma's fragrant apricot strudel. But try it yourself...
Our drinking recommendation: Enjoy the apple strudel liqueur, preferably slightly warmed, in a schnapps goblet.
If you prefer it cold: Try it well chilled at 10 to 14 °C - tastes refreshingly fruity.
