Picon beer aperitif 1.0l, alc. 18% by volume, aperitif France

Picon Bière is an aperitif drink from France that belongs to the bitter drinks, the so-called Amer Africain.

Its taste is determined by oranges or orange peels, but also gentian and cinchona tree.

Picon is consumed in Alsace as an aperitif, mostly with a fresh pretzel or with pretzel sticks.

Recommendation: Picon beer: Pour 3 cl Picon into a still wet beer glass and top up with 0.25 l of fresh, mild beer!
