Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled 0.7l, alc. 46.3% by volume

The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by three brewers. For this purpose, an old sawmill was converted and stills from Scotland were installed. The first whiskeys were released in late 2016 and consisted of two triple distilled whiskeys, both aged exclusively in bourbon casks. Dingle also produces vodka and gin.

Dingle Single Malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 46.3% ABV. Alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Citrus accented with dry grain, delicate sweetness and hints of light fruit.
