Royal Brackla bears the suffix "Royal" after the distillery was the first distillery ever to receive the so-called "Royal Warrant" from the king, which distinguishes Brackla as a royal purveyor. Founded in 1812, the distillery produces its own single malt mainly for the Dewars Blended Scotch Whisky.

Royal Brackla 12 Years Old first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then received a post-maturation in sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Malty with roasted aromas, dark dried fruits, aromatic mix of spices and sweetness.

Palate: Sweet with brown sugar, dark dried fruit like dates and figs, nutty oak.
