The Grace O'Malley whiskeys are a tribute to the Irish pirate queen Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O'Malley. Grace (1530 - 1603) is an Irish heroine, a bold navigator and sailor who became a pirate feared by the English. The Grace O'Malley spirits were created inspired by her wild life and courageous character.

Grace O'Malley Rum Cask was first matured in oak barrels for an unspecified period of time and then further matured in rum barrels. Bottled with 42% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Fruity, fudge, ripe banana, tropical fruits.

Taste: Sweet and creamy, limes and oranges, zest, mild spiciness with grain and some oak.
