The high-quality Old English Gin is distilled in the renowned Langley distillery in copper stills. The 11 botanicals include juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, liquorice, cinnamon cassia, cinnamon, nutmeg, orris root and cardamom.

After refining with the botanicals and after distillation, the Old English Gin is enriched with a little sugar to resemble the Old Tom Gin that was so popular at the time. However, it is by no means too sweet, but reveals a wonderful number of notes of herbs, Spices and citrus fruits. It embodies tradition, but does not seem out of place in the modern age.
