It is made with 10 hand-picked botanicals, including signature juniper and samphire from the Isle of Wight. The maritime character of the classic gives way to a summery fruitiness in the Mermaid Pink Gin.

In addition to the flowers and roots of Mermaid Gin, fresh, highly aromatic strawberries from the Arreton Valley on the Isle of Wight also find their way into the distillate. These are placed in the Mermaid Gin for 4 days before they are distilled again.
