Ardmore Legacy matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in quarter casks. Bottled at 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Fresh and grassy with sweet malt notes, green apples and a hint of smoke.

Palate: Sweet cake batter with a light spiciness, dry grain notes, citrus and a subtle smokiness.

Laphroaig 10 years matured the entire time in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 40 vol. % alcohol.

Nose: Sweet with herbs, medicinal peat smoke, seaweed, iodine and some oak.

Taste: herbal honey and delicate spices, rusks and burnt grain, maritime smoke.

Bowmore 12 Year Old was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Light peat smoke, sweet honey with underlying fruit notes and mild spices.

Taste: Sweet with vanilla and honey, some pepper, leather and mineral peat smoke.

Connemara Original matured in oak casks for an unspecified time. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Light smoke with leather, citrus and a delicate note of herbs, grassy-fresh, malt.

Taste: Sweetness and spice mixed with herbs, earthy notes and a hint of smoke.
