In close proximity to the Highland Park Distillery is the Scapa Distillery, founded in 1885. By Scottish standards, the distillery produces relatively little single malt whisky, making Scapa bottlings rather rare. After extensive renovations, during which production was partially discontinued or taken over by Highland Park Distillery employees, Scapa has been distilling continuously again since 2004.

The Signature Series consists of three bottlings that shine in a modern and fresh design with maritime colors. The bottles, too, are more reminiscent of decanters than of bottles in a typical shape.

Scapa 10 years matured the entire time in American white oak barrels.
Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Fresh pineapple, mango ice cream, sweetness of crème brûlée with honey, with accents of cinnamon and citrus peel.

Taste: Apple compote and warming spices combine with notes of vanilla pudding before banana, milk chocolate and toasted oak arrive.
