With the Barrel Cut Dry Gin, the Black Forest company Monkey 47 delights us with a very special, strictly limited gin bottling. After years of experimenting with different types of wood, the Monkey 47 Gin finally found its place in lightly charred first fill mulberry wood barrels, which are made entirely by hand in the Southwest Palatinate. There the fine wine matures until its aroma is perfected, which is multi-faceted, complex and extremely harmonious.
