Slyrs Single Malt Whiskey Amontillado Cask Finish 0.7l, 46% Vol

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whiskey since 1999. In the beginning, the Lantenhammer distillery housed the production, from 2007 in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of the Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent company, which is now known beyond the German borders with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Amontillado Cask Finish first matured in fresh American white oak casks (Virgin Oak) and then received a post-maturation in Amontillado casks. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Sweet with some spice, hints of nuts and light fruit notes, fresh wood and dry herbs.

Taste: Spicy with nutmeg and pepper, sweet with caramel and ripe apples, pears and grapes, oak.
