Slyrs Pedro Ximénez Cask Single Malt Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 46% vol.

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. Initially, the Lantenhammer distillery housed production, and from 2007 onwards, it moved to its own premises near Lake Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent company, now known beyond Germany's borders for its wide range of bottlings.

Slyr's Pedro Ximénez Matured for an unspecified period in American white oak barrels and then further aged in Pedro Ximénez barrels. Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without coloring and without chill filtering.

Aroma: Fruity with winter aromas such as dried plums and berries.

Taste: Pleasantly round with a sweet and spicy note that harmoniously complements the whisky aroma.
