Slyrs Classic Bavarian Single Malt Whiskey 0.7l, 43% Vol

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whiskey since 1999. In the beginning, the Lantenhammer distillery housed the production, from 2007 in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of the Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent company, which is now known beyond the German borders with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Classic matured in fresh American white oak barrels (Virgin Oak) for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Nose: Creamy sweetness with roasted barley malt, buttery notes, dry oak.

Taste: Sweet with marshmallows and caramel, grain and fresh oak, slightly herbaceous.
