The farmer Hans-Gerhard Fink got married in a small fruit distillery in the 1990s and was so fascinated by it that he tried fruit distilling himself a short time later. Initially as a hobby, but infected by the schnapps distillery virus, he soon had another, larger distillery set up to produce fruit brandies and spirits professionally. During this time, the idea of ​​dedicating oneself to the production of whiskey was already germinating. The idea was obvious, because after all the raw materials grew on their own fields.

Finch Classic matured in former wine barrels for 5 years. Bottled at 40 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Sweet and light fruity with aromatic grain notes, dried fruit and oak.

Taste: Fruity with light grapes, mix of sweetness and spice, dry wood.
