Founded in Northern Ireland in 1784, Old Bushmills Distillery is one of the oldest whiskey distilleries in the world and produces a triple distilled single malt whiskey. In the past, the distillery often advertised the year 1608 when James I, King of England and Ireland, granted a license to Sir Thomas Philipps to distill whiskey in Ireland's Antrim County. The first mention of the distillery itself dates back to 1743. The range of different Bushmills bottlings is extensive and popular with connoisseurs because of the mild taste.

Bushmills Caribbean Rum Cask Finish first matured in a combination of former bourbon and sherry casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in rum casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Fruity with a mix of sweetness and acidity, robust grain with tart oak, delicate spiciness.

Taste: Fruity with pineapple and green apples, hints of caramel, dry, tart grain.
