Stauning HØST Danish Whisky 0,7l, alc. 40,5 Vol.-%

The Stauning Distillery was founded in 2005 in the small town of the same name in Denmark. Production began in 2009 with an initial output of 60,000 pure alcohol per year. After Diageo acquired a stake in the distillery, the plant was expanded and output increased to 750,000 pure alcohol per year. Stauning malts the rye for production and sometimes uses peat and heather for kilning.

Stauning HØST reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen First Fill Bourbon Casks, Virgin American Oak Casks, First Fill Port Barriques.
Abgefüllt mit 40,5 % vol. Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Vanille und Bienenwachs mit Noten von Zitrusfrüchten

Geschmack: Wiesenhonig, Toffee, Apfel und rote Beeren
