St. Kilian Distillers, located in Rüdenau near Miltenberg, is Germany's largest whisky distillery. Located in a former clothing factory, the distillery produces single malt whisky using Scottish hardware and Irish software. St. Kilian is best known for its Bud Spencer and Terence Hill whiskies.

St. Kilian Scorpions Rock Beliver Whisky matured for an undefined time in a combination of ex Bacchus/Scheurebe white wine, ex white wine late harvest and ex Chardonnay white wine barrels from Germany.
Bottled at 47% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: An elegant interplay of aromas of sun-ripened grapes, velvety apricots and juicy pears is refined by delicate vanilla, fine oak spice and a hint of melting toffee.

Taste: Silky and balanced, a fruity sweetness of light grapes, juicy apricots and ripe pears unfolds, carried by gentle oak warmth, fine toffee and the subtle dryness of light grape skins.
