The Scapa Distillery, founded in 1885, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Highland Park distillery. By Scottish standards, the distillery produces relatively little single malt whisky, which makes bottlings from Scapa rather rare. After extensive renovations, during which production was discontinued in places or taken over by employees of the Highland Park Distillery, Scapa has been distilling continuously again since 2004.

Scapa Skiren reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern. Abgefüllt mit milden 40 % vol. Alkohol.

Aroma: Floral und frisch mit grasigen Noten, reifen Früchten, Mix aus Süße und Würze.

Geschmack: Süß mit Honig und Karamell, Pfirsiche und Nektarinen, grüne Äpfel, zarte Eiche.
