Eamonn Jones was Regional Director at Whyte & Mackay, Gerald Erdrich was his importer. Together, the two decided to come together and use their expertise to create a brand - a beast. In collaboration with Los Angeles-based Brazilian artist Dough Alves, the iconic Peat's Beast was born.
Peat's Beast matured for an undefined period in oak barrels. Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without colorant and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Dry campfire smoke with spicy notes, hints of fruit and barley malt.
Taste: Earthy with green apples and pears, some citrus and cinnamon, dry peat smoke.
