The independent bottler Signatory Vintage, located in Pitlochry in the Scottish Highlands, is one of the largest companies in the industry. Within various series, all of which have a different alcohol content, Signatory Vintage brings a variety of bottlings onto the market, which impress with their high quality and solid pricing policy.

Mortlach comes from the Scottish Speyside
and matured from 04-2014 to 07-2023 in three former bourbon casks.
Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume, non-chill-filtered and without colorant.

Aroma: Green fruits such as apples and pears, honey and brown sugar

Taste: Sweet malt, mild spicy notes, caramel and toffee
