Many Scottish distilleries produce exclusively for the blending industry and therefore do not have their own single malt whisky in their range. The background to the so-called Flora & Fauna series is to create an original bottling from precisely such distilleries in order to make their specific character accessible to connoisseurs.

Linkwood 12 year old comes from the Scottish Speyside and matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled with 43% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Citrus notes, sweet honey with floral nuances, cereals and delicate oak.

Taste: Floral, malty, alternating fruit sweetness and acidity, dry nuttiness.
