Glendalough 7 Jahre Mizunara Fass Finish 0,7l, alc. 46 Vol.-%

Five friends from Dublin founded the Glendalough Distillery in 2011. Various styles of Irish whiskey are produced on site in small batches. The distillery also produces gin. The label on the bottles features St. Kevin, who, according to legend, stood in the water with blackbird eggs in his hands for 13 days and 13 nights until the chicks hatched. He stayed there for another 13 days until they fledged.

Glendalough Glendalough 7 Jahre Mizunara Finished reifte zuerst in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern und erhielt im Anschluss eine Nachreifung in frischen Fässern aus japanischer Eiche (Mizunara). Abgefüllt mit 46 % vol. Alkohol, nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Floral mit zarter Fruchtigkeit, trockener Eiche und Gewürzen, milde Süße, Malz.

Geschmack: Fruchtig mit Orange und -schale, etwas Pfeffer und orientalische Gewürze, Anklänge von Schokolade.
