Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Finish 0,7l, alc. 46 Vol.-%

The Glen Scotia Distillery was founded in 1832 by the Galbraith family and is now one of three remaining distilleries in the Campbeltown region of Scotland. It is said that the distillery is haunted by the ghost of Duncan McCallum, one of its former owners. Glen Scotia produces both smoky and non-smoky single malt whisky and is becoming increasingly popular with connoisseurs.

Glen Scotia Double Cask reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern und erhielt im Anschluss eine Nachreifung in Guyanese Demerara Rumfässern. Abgefüllt mit 46 vol. % Alkohol, nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Zuckrige Süße mit cremigem Unterton, floral und frisch mit Anklängen tropischer Früchte, trockene Nüsse.

Geschmack: fruchtig mit Ananas und Pfirsich, Melasse und Zuckerwatte, zartes Gewürz mit Anklängen von Kokosnuss.
