The Glen Moray Distillery, founded in 1897, is located to the west of the town of Elgin. Situated on the banks of the River Lossie, the origins of the building in which the distillery produces can be traced back to a brewery. Glen Moray translates as "valley of the settlement by the lake". The distillery is known for its single malts, which are matured and matured in a wide variety of cask types.

Glen Moray 15 Jahre reifte die komplette Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit milden 40 vol. % Alkohol.

Aroma: Getreidebetont mit Äpfeln und Birnen, zarten Gewürzen und Nüssen, trockene Eichenholznote.

Geschmack: Süß mit Toffee und Vanille, leicht schokoladig, Anklänge von Aprikose, malzig.
