The Edradour distillery, once Scotland's smallest distillery, has been independently owned again since 2002. Led by Andrew Symington, owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery has a truly distinguished owner. Since his takeover, a wide variety of bottlings have been released regularly. Edradour bottles single malts without peat smoke under its own name, and with peat smoke as Ballechin.

Edradour 12 Year Old Oloroso matured the entire time in Oloroso sherry casks.
Bottled at a robust 59.5% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Dark fruits with nutty notes and subtle sherry spice.

Taste: Fruity with red berries and dried fruits as well as honey and sweet syrup and dark chocolate.
