The Edradour distillery, once the smallest distillery in Scotland, has been under independent ownership again since 2002. Managed by Andrew Symington, the owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery truly has a luminary as its owner. Since he took over, a wide variety of bottlings have been regularly launched on the market. Edradour bottles single malts without peat smoke under its own name, as Ballechin with peat smoke.

Edradour 12 Year Oloroso matured the entire time in Oloroso sherry casks.
Bottled with a strong 59% alcohol by volume, without colorant and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Dark fruits with nutty notes and subtle sherry spice.

Taste: Fruity with red berries and dried fruit as well as honey and sweet syrup and dark chocolate.
