Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonia first matured in ex-bourbon casks and was then matured in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without colorant and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Sweetness and spice in balance, ripe plums and apples, some caramel and hazelnuts.
Taste: Chocolatey notes, vanilla and caramel, dark fruitiness with chocolatey oak and delicate spices.
