Managed by Andrew Symington, the owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery truly has a luminary as its owner. Edradour 10 Jahre reifte zuerst in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern und erhielt im Anschluss eine Nachreifung in Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit milden 40 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff.
Aroma: Süß und fruchtbetont mit kandierten Äpfeln, geröstetem Getreide und zarter Nussigkeit.
Geschmack: Balance aus Süße und Würze, reife Äpfel, sattes Malz und leicht trockene Eiche.
