The Clydeside Distillery was founded in 2017 by Tim Morrison from the well-known Morrison-Bowmore clan. Located in Glasgow's docks, the stills were built in the 'pumphouse' where customs and taxes used to be monitored. Clydeside Stobcross matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Malty with delicate fruitiness and fresh foral notes, subtly sweet with underlying spice.
