Bunnahabhain 12 Jahre 0,7l, alc. 46,3 Vol.-%

Bunnahabhain was founded in 1881 by the Greenless brothers on the Scottish island of Islay and translates as "estuary". The distillery has one of the largest stills on the island and produces whisky both with and without smoke. With an approximate smoke content of 38 ppm, the peated bottlings are considered to be rather mildly smoky. These are very often found in the typical Bunnahabhain bottle, which is very dark in color under Gaelic names.

Bunnahabhain 12 Jahre reifte die komplette Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit 46,3 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Süße und Würze im Mix, Hagebutten und geröstetes Malz, Anklänge von Trockenfrüchten.

Geschmack: Fruchtbetont mit angenehmer Süße, leichter Würzigkeit und Anklängen dunkler Schokolade.
