Armorik Double Maturation Single Malt Whiskey France 0.7l, alc. 46% by volume

The Warenghem family has been based in France since the end of the 19th century. The distillery founded by Léon Warenghem in the city center became famous for its "Elixir d'Armorique", a distillate flavored with 35 plants, which is still produced today. In 1987, the first blended whisky appeared on the market, and a year later the first single malt whisky, called Armorik. Today, the Warenghem distillery exports its whisky to many countries around the world.

Armorik Double Maturation matured for an unspecified period of time in fresh Breton oak barrels (virgin oak) and was then further matured in sherry barrels. Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Roasted grain, mild mix of sweetness and spice with fruits and oak.

Taste: Roasted aromas, delicate nutty, caramel and some pepper, malt and dry wood.
