Aberlour 18 years Double Sherry Cask 0.7l, alc. 43 Vol.-%

The Aberlour Distillery, located in the town of the same name in Speyside, Scotland, was established in 1879. The distillery is known for its bottlings matured in American bourbon casks and Spanish sherry casks. A particular flagship product is the cask-strength A'bunadh.

Aberlour 18 Year Old Double Sherry Cask was first matured in a combination of European and American oak casks and then further matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43% ABV.

Aroma: Sweet and dark fruity with raisins, orange peel, dried cranberries, hints of dark chocolate.

Taste: Chocolate raisins, sweet with toffee, spicy with nutmeg, hints of licorice and lovage, brown sugar.
