The Aberlour distillery, located in the town of the same name in Speyside, Scotland, was built in 1879. The distillery is known for its bottlings, which mature in American bourbon casks and Spanish sherry casks. A special flagship is the cask-strong A'bunadh.

Aberlour Double Cask 12 years matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Crunchy grain with delicate fruitiness, mild sweetness and hints of spice.

Taste: Apples and pears, hints of raisins with a distinctive maltiness and delicate oak.
