Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask Release 2024 0.7l alc, 50% vol.

The Ardnamurchan Distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and is considered one of the most remote distilleries in all of Scotland. The distillery is named after the peninsula on which it is located. Construction began in 2013 and production began in 2014 on two wash stills and one spirit still. Ardnamurchan is owned by Adelphi Distillers Ltd., an independent bottler.

Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask Release 2024 matured for an undefined time in a combination Peated 10% Oloroso Sherry Butts and Unpeated 90% Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butts!

Bottled with a strong 50 % alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Murray mint, beach campfire, salted peanut ice cream, tomato stem and Brazil nut, followed by sun-dried tomatoes, teriyaki beef jerky, relish and tamari. Very smooth.

Taste: Flavors of tar rope, sheet rag, smoky bacon and old tractor shed give way to peanuts and sticky spare ribs. Red plums and cherries with chalk shavings and meaty accents.
