The Grace O'Malley whiskeys are a tribute to the Irish pirate queen Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O'Malley. Grace (1530 – 1603) is an Irish heroine, a daring navigator and sailor turned pirate feared by the English. Inspired by her wild life and courageous character, Grace O'Malley spirits were created.
Grace O'Malley Blended Irish Whiskey matured in oak casks for an undefined period. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.
Aroma: Mild and light with a delicate sweetness, pithy grain and a dash of citrus.
Taste: Creamy and sweet, caramel, tart grain with lemon and zest, almonds.
