Benromach Cask Strength 2014 0.7l, alc. 60.6% by volume

Since its founding in 1898, the Benromach distillery has endured truly dark times. In the 1980s, Benromach seemed on the verge of collapse before the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail of Elgin took over the distillery. In 1998, the Forres distillery was reopened by Prince Charles. Benromach is one of the few distilleries in Scotland's Speyside region to continue producing smoky barley malt.

Benromach Cask Strength matured from 2014 to 2024 in former bourbon casks.
Bottled at 60.6% alcohol by volume, non-chill-filtered and without coloring.

Aroma and taste: fruit cake, stewed plums and jam
with spicy accents of black pepper and lingering smoke, plus a hint of anise.
