Los Siete Misterios L7M is a Mexican company founded in 2010 to preserve traditional mezcal production. Los Siete Misterios translates as "The Seven Mysteries". This name was inspired by the many mysteries surrounding Mexico. The number seven stands for the seven different mezcals (Espadin, Barril, Mexicano, Coyote, Arroqueno, Tobala, Doba-yej) produced by L7M. Each mezcal is made from a different type of agave.
