Founded in 1899 by Shinjiro Torii as a beverage company, Suntory is Japan's largest whiskey producer. Distilleries such as Yamazaki and Hakushu are owned by the company and are enjoying growing popularity around the world with their single malts. In 2014 the Jim Beam company was acquired with all owned distilleries in the USA, Ireland and Scotland including all other brands. Suntory is one of the five largest spirits companies in the world.

Suntory Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 first matured in oak casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in Sakura cherry wood casks (Virgin Oak). Bottled at 43% vol. Alcohol.

Aroma: Floral notes with cereals, delicate fruit and sweetness, subtle woodiness with a slight tartness and dryness.

Taste: Sweet with honey, pithy grain, hints of pear and its skin, brittle chocolate and wood.
