Slyrs Malt Whisky 0,7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. In the early days, the Lantenhammer distillery was home to production, from 2007 onwards in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent and autonomous company, which is now known beyond the borders of Germany with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Malt Whisky reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherryfässern, ergänzt um frische Fässer aus amerikanischer Weisseiche (Virgin Oak). Abgefüllt mit milden 40 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff.

Aroma: Frisch und grasig mit Zitrus und hellen Fruchtnoten, etwas Schwefel und zarte Eiche.

Geschmack: Süß-säuerlich mit Zitrus und Birnen, malzige Süße, zarte Würze. etwas Holz und Kräuter.
