Slyrs Bavarian Peat Single Malt Whisky 0,7l, alc. 43 Vol.-%

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. In the early days, the Lantenhammer distillery was home to production, from 2007 onwards in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent and autonomous company, which is now known beyond the borders of Germany with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Bavarian Peat reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon-, Sherry- und Rumfässern. Abgefüllt mit 43 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Mittelstarker, erdiger Torfrauch mit Süße und Kräutern, etwas Eiche und Zitrusfrüchten.

Geschmack: Floral und rauchig mit einem Mix aus zuckriger Süße, Gewürzen und hellen Früchten.
